Bishop D'Anthony Spann, PhD is a true gentleman of today's time lending his many God-given gifts and talents to earn the most honored and bestowed entitlement as, "The Messenger of Opportunity" and "The Singing Bishop". He is a Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Psalmist, Soloist, Director, Writer, and Composer who is evangelistic in method and prophetic in message. He is an innovator, motivator, author, actor, orator, poet, entrepreneur, leader, and businessman.

At the early age of 3, Bishop Spann began singing with family groups, as well as church groups and choirs. At age 7, he began directing groups and choirs on local, national, and international levels. He was so small in stature, but big in promise and potential. His mother stood him on tables and chairs to help support what he loved to do for the Lord. Nurtured within a large family of Theologians, Educators, Entrepreneurs, Creative Artists, and Recording Artists; and, being raised in C.O.G.I.C. for over 33 years has opened doors and opportunities to serve in many capacities within the Music, Evangelistic, Missions, and Media Relations departments of different churches, organizations, institutions, and dioceses. He has been blessed to serve as the Music Director for the Catholic Archdiocese of Baltimore for 13 years. He has, also, been blessed to internationally serve and assist the Pentecostal Orthodox churches in Nassau, Bahamas.

Throughout the years, Bishop Spann has composed and produced many musical works and literary pieces. He continues to participate, minister, and perform in plays, musicals, conventions, symposiums, workshops, seminars, concerts, and tours.

The rich, soulful sound of "The Singing Bishop" echoes the foundation built with the strength of his experiences as it embraces the path set and ordered for him by God.
